In September 2014, our center issued and implemented the implementation rules of compulsory product certification -- lighting appliances (cqc-c1001-2014, hereinafter referred to as the 'rules') in accordance with the requirements of the relevant announcement of the cnca. In order to respond to the changes of relevant policies since the implementation, keep pace with the development of the industry and ensure the implementation effect, our center has revised the detailed rules in combination with the requirements of the lifting of compulsory certification fees by the state, the uniform requirements of the implementation of the classification of production enterprises by our center, and the feedback of relevant testing institutions and enterprises.

The major changes in this revision are as follows:

1) modified the quality information categories involved in the classification of production enterprises and the principles and requirements of the classification of production enterprises, as well as the application of the classification of production enterprises in the selection of certification mode;

2) modified the content and requirements of type test scheme;

3) modify the expression mode of 'frequency, personnel and day, content of supervision and inspection after obtaining the license', and modify the requirements of supervision mode;

4) add two types of key components of lamps and two types of key components of LED control devices;

5) routine inspection and verification of 'grounding continuity' of lamps and control devices;

After this 'detailed rules' promulgation, relevant unit should execute according to this requirement when carrying out compulsory product authentication of lighting electric appliances. No new CCC certificate is required for this revision.
